ฟอร์ติโมดูล (FortiModule) ถูกออกแบบเฉพาะเพื่อเร่งประสิทธิภาพการทำงานช่องเชื่อมต่อบนอุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์และการรับ-ส่งข้อมูลผ่านเครือข่ายสำหรับอุปกรณ์ฟอร์ติเกต (FortiGate) และฟอร์ติแคริเออร์ (FortiCarrier) ทำให้สามารถเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของช่องเชื่อมต่อต่างๆ ยิ่งไปกว่านั้นยังช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบป้องกันการบุกรุก (Firewall) และระบบเครือข่ายเสมือน (VPN) ได้อีกด้วย
